McDonald’s: Design and Installation of a Water Treatment System

As part of the agreement with McDonald’s, VORTEX Water Engineering designed and installed a custom water treatment system at one of the company’s production facilities in Tbilisi. The primary goal of the project was to prevent both mechanical and microbiological contamination of the production water.

The two-stage treatment process includes mechanical filtration followed by a dechlorination system, ensuring high water purity and compliance with strict production standards. Additionally, we replaced the existing polypropylene pipelines with new PVC-U plastic pipes, significantly improving the overall quality and reliability of the treated water supply.
