Coca-Cola: Installation of Water Filtration and Dechlorination Systems

In 2022, at Coca-Cola’s new production facility in Natakhtari, the VORTEX Water Engineering technical team designed and installed a water dechlorination system. The chlorine dosing process is fully automated and controlled based on the water flow rate, monitored through precision meters.

Additionally, we installed new mechanical filters on the bottled water production line, featuring three different filtration levels to ensure optimal water quality. The primary goal of the project was to improve the microbiological condition of the water and reduce turbidity, ensuring compliance with high-quality production standards.
