Green Cape Botanico: Installation of Wastewater and Drinking Water Technology

In March 2023, under an agreement with Baltic Business Development, VORTEX Water Engineering successfully completed the installation of technical and wastewater treatment systems for the Green Cape Botanico residential complex.

Located near the Batumi Botanical Garden, Green Cape Botanico is a modern multi-apartment complex designed to blend harmoniously with the area’s stunning natural landscapes, offering a premium living and relaxation experience.

To ensure commercial-grade wastewater treatment in compliance with technical regulations, our team supplied and installed advanced equipment from AO Smith, Pentair, and ATB Water:

• AO Smith systems — including water filtration units, multi-stage filtration systems, chlorine dosing systems, and ultraviolet (UV) disinfection units for microbiological water treatment.

• Pentair pumps — high-efficiency pumping solutions for continuous and reliable system performance.

• ATB AQUAMAX® PRO XL — a state-of-the-art biological wastewater treatment system, fully designed, installed, and commissioned by our technical team.

This project delivered a comprehensive and sustainable water management solution for the residential complex, ensuring high water quality, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
