Ytong Caucasus: Installation of Water Filtration Systems

In 2021, as part of our collaboration with Ytong Caucasus, VORTEX Water Engineering designed and implemented a custom three-stage water treatment system to support the company’s energy-efficient construction materials production process.

The system enabled the recovery of mechanically contaminated canal water and its conversion into technical water suitable for industrial use. To achieve this, we selected a treatment solution consisting of primary oxidation followed by two-stage mechanical filtration.

The system is fully automated and adjusts the treatment flow rate based on the turbidity level of the incoming water. This ensures optimal filtration efficiency by maintaining the proper water flow speed in accordance with the concentration of suspended particles.
