Pentair acquired Sta-Rite® to form a global water technology business to serve multiple industries worldwide. The Sta-Rite company was founded over 75 years ago in Delavan, Wisconsin (USA) by William C Heath, then President of the A.O. Smith Corporation and nowadays it is is sold in over 100 countries worldwide. From the beginning, Heath was driven to produce pumps “built right to stay right” – which, of course, led to the Sta-Rite name. Today, Sta-Rite sells a wide range of pumps, motors, tanks, controls, and accessories in over 100 countries around the world. Jung Pumpen is another outstanding member of Pentair group. For more than 90 years, Jung has specialized in manufacture of high-quality pumps, lifting systems and pumping stations for building services, sewage technology and pressure drainage, and is one of the leaders on the world market, famous for its quality and durability. In 2020 Pentair Sta-Rite expanded its activities to Southern Caucasus, represented by VORTEX Water Engineering with full line of pumps, spare parts, and all available services.

Design & Installation

Services are provided on water analysis laboratory, online measurement systems, and flow metering devices. All calibration, verification and repair services on all devices supplied by us, are performed in accordance with processes established and authorized by respective manufacturers.

We perform full service of KROHNE meters - when commissioning meters, their functions are verified at levels 0, 1, 2. The verification procedure complies with the IEC 61508/61511 standard, and we use the KROHNE OPTICHECK Master tool directly for the verification process. Therefore, the results are valid and reliable.

Also, for calibration and verification of HACH's laboratory and online measurement systems, we operate in accordance with the procedure established by the manufacturer, with the appropriate tools, which ensures the highest accuracy of the device.

Calibration, verification, Services

Our job starts from design of water treatment and analysis systems and ends with the provision of planned maintenance services. Throughout this process, we are guided by the involvement of equipment manufacturers and in accordance with their instructions. During the system design phase, data is gathered from end users or with our own devices, based on the analysis a preliminary design is prepared, which is agreed with end users and taking into account their requirements, final draft of the design is prepared. After design, we provide the necessary constituent equipment for the system, then installation and commissioning takes place.
